Honkai: Star Rail is currently on patch 4.3 "The Lethe Below the Living" (launched June 1, 2026), which follows the third-anniversary patch 4.2 that introduced the Elation path and anniversary units Silver Wolf LV.999 and Evanescia; the meta shifts significantly every ~6 weeks as new limited characters and relic sets reshape team archetypes, so rankings reflect E0 performance in Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction, and Apocalyptic Shadow.
