Put Efficiency V on your main pickaxe and axe — the speed boost becomes dramatic at higher levels and is almost mandatory for large mining or building sessions. Combine with Haste II beacon effect for near-instant block breaking.
How to get Efficiency
Obtainable from an enchanting table (very common) or by trading with a librarian villager. Can also be found in loot chests and combined via anvil from enchanted books.
