Chess 怎麼玩
- Click a white piece to select it — valid squares are highlighted with dots.
- Click a highlighted square to move. Captures are shown with a red border.
- The AI plays Black and responds automatically after your move.
- Pawn promotion: when a pawn reaches the last rank a dialog lets you choose Q, R, B or N.
技巧與攻略
- Control the centre with pawns on e4/d4 early — it gives your pieces more room.
- Castle early to keep your king safe and connect your rooks.
- Knights are tricky to use but strong in closed positions; bishops shine on open diagonals.
Chess — 常見問題
What difficulty levels are available?
Easy (depth 2), Medium (depth 3) and Hard (depth 4). The AI uses minimax with alpha-beta pruning and piece-square tables for positional evaluation.
Are all chess rules supported?
Yes — castling (both sides), en passant, pawn promotion with piece choice, check/checkmate/stalemate detection and the 50-move draw rule.
Are my wins and losses saved?
Yes, your W/L/D record is stored locally in your browser so it persists across sessions.
