Gives each use of a durable item a chance to not consume durability, effectively multiplying the item's lifespan. At Unbreaking III, tools and weapons last approximately four times longer than normal.

Best uses
Apply to every piece of gear, especially Elytra and high-cost items. Pairs well with Mending — Unbreaking reduces how often durability is lost, while Mending restores it with XP, together making gear last indefinitely in practice.
How to get Unbreaking
Available from an enchanting table (common) or librarian villager trades. Found in loot chests throughout the world and combinable via anvil.
