How to Make a Potion of Regeneration
Heals the player gradually over time. Essential for sustained combat survival. Ghast Tears are dropped by Ghasts in the Nether. The extended variant (2:00) via Redstone is popular for long dungeon runs.
Effect
Regenerates 1 HP every 2.5 seconds (Regeneration I). Level II regenerates 1 HP every 1.2 seconds.

Upgrades
Redstone → extended to 2:00. Glowstone → Regeneration II lasting 0:22 (faster heal rate). Cannot apply both.
Brewing steps
- Fill a glass bottle from a water source.
- Brew Water Bottle with Nether Wart → Awkward Potion.
- Brew Awkward Potion with Ghast Tear → Potion of Regeneration. Optional: Add Redstone Dust for 2:00 duration, or Glowstone Dust for Regeneration II (0:22). Add Gunpowder for Splash variant; add Dragon's Breath to Splash for Lingering variant.
