How to Make a Potion of the Turtle Master
Added in Java 1.13. A high-risk, high-reward potion: it makes you nearly invincible but nearly immobile. Turtle Shell is crafted from 5 Scutes, which are dropped by Baby Turtles when they grow up. Best used as a Splash Potion to tank a boss while stationary.
Effect
Simultaneously applies Slowness IV (60% speed reduction) and Resistance III (60% damage reduction). Level II applies Slowness VI (90% reduction) and Resistance IV (80% damage reduction).

Upgrades
Redstone → extended to 0:40. Glowstone → Turtle Master II (Slowness VI + Resistance IV) for 0:20. Cannot combine both.
Brewing steps
- Fill a glass bottle.
- Brew with Nether Wart → Awkward Potion.
- Brew with Turtle Shell → Potion of the Turtle Master. Optional: Redstone for 0:40 or Glowstone for Turtle Master II (0:20). Add Gunpowder for Splash; Dragon's Breath to Splash for Lingering.
