Brewing steps
- Fill a glass bottle.
- Brew with Nether Wart → Awkward Potion.
- Brew with Pufferfish → Potion of Water Breathing. Optional: Redstone for 8:
- Add Gunpowder for Splash; Dragon's Breath to Splash for Lingering.
