Allay

The Allay is a friendly flying mob that serves as an automated item collector. When given an item, it searches nearby areas for matching items and returns them to the player or a linked note block. Allays can be duplicated (not bred) by feeding them an amethyst shard while they are dancing after hearing a note block play.

Cages near Pillager Outposts (50% chance, groups of 1–3) and jail cells inside Woodland Mansions (50% chance, groups of 1–3)
Behavior
Flies and collects items matching one given to it by a player. Delivers collected items to the player or to a recently-played note block. Duplicates when given an amethyst shard near an active note block during a dance animation.
