Polar bears are large neutral mobs exclusive to icy biomes. Adults become aggressively protective when cubs are nearby, making them especially dangerous in groups. They are one of the stronger neutral Overworld mobs at 30 HP.

Behavior
Adult polar bears are neutral toward players unless a player approaches or attacks a nearby cub, upon which all adults in range become hostile. Baby polar bears are always passive. Adults attack by rearing up on hind legs and striking with front paws.
