The Sniffer is a large prehistoric passive mob and the winner of Minecraft Live 2022's mob vote. It is revived from an egg found in ancient ocean ruins and sniffs out extinct plant seeds from the ground. Sniffers are the source of Torchflower and Pitcher Plant seeds, the only way to obtain these decorative plants.

Behavior
Walks slowly, sniffing the ground. Periodically digs up ancient plant seeds (Torchflower Seeds or Pitcher Pods) from dirt-type blocks. Cannot be tamed. Bred with Torchflower Seeds.
