Shulkers are shell-armored mobs that blend into the purple blocks of End Cities. Their homing bullets deal no direct damage but apply Levitation, which can be lethal if the player floats too high above the void. Shulker Shells are essential for crafting Shulker Boxes, the game's only portable inventory containers.

Behavior
Hides inside a shell that provides full damage resistance when closed. Opens periodically to fire homing Shulker Bullets that inflict Levitation for 10 seconds. Bullets track players even around corners. Can teleport to a nearby surface if the block it occupies is destroyed. Hard to hit while closed.
